 So what do you call a cool, urban space with an upbeat, enjoyable vibe….Tinderbox! The creative, high-end comfort food that adorns the tables here is a great pair for the light industrial décor that surrounds. This place is buzzing with its fresh baked bread puffs and seasonally inspired soups all the way to the Jalapeno Mac-n-Cheese Duck Confit and truffle oil. At lunch allow the attentive staff to deliver a nostalgic Grilled Baloney Sandwich or Meatloaf and then at dinner relish the horseradish taste that lingers in your mouth after a bite of the Buffalo Pot Roast with Hand-Cranked Egg Noodles. Notice… If you get caught writing on the butcher paper tablecloths be warned, it may get framed and put on their website! Don’t leave without trying the delicious Old-fashioned Cake Donuts with Tres Leches Custard and a Tinderbox tattoo. |

Based on the T-box tweet today I went in and had the Tuna Melt with Oregon Cheddar and I must say it was so good. And of course it was their blue plate special and it came with their famous donuts all for just 10 bucks… You can eat fast food for $10 Bucks… If you haven't tried the Tinderbox and you are visiting Flagstaff on vacation or you are a local… Just try it… You will not be disappointed… I guarantee it…

I was recently in Flagstaff and was able to ENJOY a WONDERFUL Birthday
Meal at the T-Box. It was "To Die For" from beginning to end!
Thank You Chef Scott and all your talented people there and a BIG
thanks to Michael, our Server ~ what a Champ he is ! The next time
I am in town, I will scoot right over to try those Famous Cheeseburgers!
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy ~ T-Box is the BEST ! Oh, and the Cocktails
