Once again John Conley the owner of Salsa Brava right here in Flagstaff is rolling out. With his recent fame from “Triple D” (Diners, Drive Ins and Dives), John has been asked to team up once again with Famous Chef and TV host Guy Fieri. This time he is the opening act of a “Culinary Rock Show”. The rumor is that John and Guy hit it off really well when Guy was here to tape 2 restaurants here in Flagstaff, Salsa Brava and Brandy’s. Guy asked John to be the opening act of his “Guy Fieri Roadshow” that happened on December 18th. I saw John in Downtown Flagstaff and he commented on what an honor it was to be the opening act for such a rock star in the culinary world. John planned 4 dishes and some salsa’s for the big event. The morning of the big event John also had a big appearance on Good Morning Arizona with Tara Hitchcock.  They chatted about the big event as John made is famous extremely hot “Pineapple Habanero Salsa”.  Watch the video below and see just how hot this salsa is when Tara gives it a tasty taste.  Way to go John…
